Role Overview (Individual Contributor – Not a Manager Role)We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Individual Contributor) who operates at a high technical level AND understands business problems deeply.
This is not a people management role.
You will:
- Build and own critical systems end-to-end
- Work directly with leadership
- Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Move fast using modern AI-assisted development tools
AI-First Engineering (Mandatory)You must be actively using AI coding tools in your daily workflow, including:
- OpenAI (Codex / ChatGPT advanced usage)
- Claude Code (Anthropic)
- Cursor / Copilot / AI-native IDEs
- Prompt-driven debugging, refactoring, and system design
👉 We are looking for engineers who are significantly more productive using AI tools than traditional workflows.
Location & Travel- 🌏 Remote anywhere in India (primary)
- 🏢 Occasional travel to Nagpur office
- ✈️ Travel opportunities to:Silicon Valley (U.S.) (required – visa needed)
- South Africa (optional)
- Travel may be 1–2 times per year, sometimes for extended stays depending on project needs

What You’ll DoFull Stack Development
- Build backend systems using Golang (Fiber/Gin, Goroutines, GORM)
- Develop APIs and microservices across Go / Node / Python
- Build frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Improve search, ranking, and large-scale data processing
Infrastructure & Systems
- Work with PostgreSQL at scale
- Deploy systems on AWS (S3, CloudFront, EKS, EC2, RDS, Lambda, SQS)
- Use Docker & Kubernetes for scalable environments
- Optimize performance, reliability, and cost
Product & Business Impact
- Understand eCommerce funnels and revenue drivers
- Translate product requirements into efficient systems
- Collaborate with product/design teams
- Contribute ideas—not just implementation
RequirementsMust-Have
- 5+ years full-stack experience
- 3+ years strong Golang backend development
- Strong frontend experience: React / Next.js / TypeScript
- Experience building scalable, production-grade systems
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong API and microservices experience
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Non-Negotiable
- ✅ Valid U.S. B1/B2 visa (or equivalent)
- ✅ Strong business understanding (not just coding)
- ✅ Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Codex, Claude, etc.)
