Job Title: Senior Golang / DevOps Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Prerequisite Skills: Golang, PostgreSQL, DevOps, Azure/AWS

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer / SRE / DevOps Engineer to join our team. The role involves developing scalable backend systems, improving platform stability, optimizing infrastructure, and enhancing developer experience for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop key features aimed at improving platform stability, reducing maintenance costs, and enhancing developer experience.
• Design and develop major features for the Monetization service, handling real-time transactions and balance computations.
• Improve infrastructure by implementing solutions that reduce operational overhead and strengthen the security posture.
• Develop abstraction layers in the form of backend APIs to enable seamless interaction with other internal systems.
• Extend and enhance the internal developer portal UI to expose API Management (APIM) features to engineering teams.

Primary Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, including handling write-heavy workloads, sharding, and partitioning
• Experience in developing REST and gRPC APIs
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices, including GitHub, pipelines, secrets, and artifact management
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Strong understanding of GitOps practices and infrastructure automation
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance standards
• Adherence to best coding practices, including testing and code quality standards
