We’re Hiring: Online German Trainer (A1–B2) | 100% Remote | Part-time/Full-time

Konversa Global is scaling fast, and we’re building a high-performance German training team. If you teach German in a communicative, interactive, real-life way (not textbook-heavy), you’ll thrive here.

What you’ll do

1. Conduct live online German classes for A1–B2

2. Teach using activities, conversations, roleplays, real-life scenarios

3. Plan lessons, manage engagement, assign & review homework

4. Track learner progress and give clear, actionable feedback

5. Create a motivating, supportive classroom culture

Qualifications (Must-have)

1. MA in German / German Studies / DaF/DaZ or German proficiency C1/C2 (Goethe/TELC/ÖSD/TestDaF accepted)

2. Minimum 1 year German teaching experience (online/offline)

3. Ability to handle A1–B2 classes confidently

4. Strong didactic & pedagogic skills (lesson planning + learner-centered teaching)

5. Comfortable with Zoom/Google Meet and digital tools/resources

6. ⁠Engaging on camera, patient, professional, reliable

Nice-to-have (big advantage)

•Goethe/TELC exam prep experience

•Ability to create worksheets, speaking tasks, quizzes

•Strong error-correction + pronunciation coaching skills

Work options & Pay

•Part-time: ~20 hours/week | ₹25,000–₹40,000/month

•Full-time: ~40 hours/week | ₹40,000–₹60,000/month (based on experience, performance & batch allocation)
