Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Application Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building production-ready Generative AI applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, LangChain, and Google ADK, with practical experience designing and developing AI-powered applications, LLM workflows, and intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks.
- Build AI-powered applications, agents, workflows, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions using LangChain and Google ADK.
- Work with prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, agents, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on Generative AI application development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain.
- Experience with Google ADK (Agent Development Kit).
- Proven experience building and deploying real-world Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Strong API integration and application development experience.

This role is best suited for an engineer who has moved beyond experimenting with GenAI and has actually built AI applications that solve business problems.
Strong GenAI application-building experience is more important than theoretical AI knowledge.
