🚀 Hiring: Senior General Manager – Sales & Marketing (India)
📍 Location: Goa
We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing leader to drive our India business, with end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, market expansion, and channel development.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will lead the entire pan-India Sales team, shape national strategy, and strengthen our presence across optical trade channels.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving India sales performance across regions and channels
- Expanding and strengthening distributor, dealer, and optician networks
- Leading pricing, trade schemes, and margin strategies
- Driving premium product growth and market positioning
- Managing key accounts, including large optical chains
- Collaborating with manufacturing and labs to enhance service and turnaround time
What We’re Looking For
- 20–25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong exposure to B2B / channel-driven industries (optical, healthcare, or manufacturing)
- Proven experience managing pan-India sales operations
- Strong leadership experience handling multi-location teams
