Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Germany for a Senior General Manager. The Senior General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of immigration consultancy services focused on Germany opportunities. This includes developing client portfolios, mentoring and leading the team, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in strategic planning, leadership, and team management
- In-depth knowledge of Germany’s immigration processes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Client relationship management and consultation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; knowledge of German is a plus
- Proven experience in immigration consultancy, international recruitment, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is advantageous
