We are seeking a skilled Senior GenAI / Document Engineer to design and develop intelligent automation solutions that streamline enterprise business processes and document workflows. This role will leverage technologies such as RPA, OCR, Document AI, LLMs, and AI-powered automation platforms to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will integrate on-premise GPU-based AI models, cloud AI services, APIs, and enterprise data platforms to drive operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
▸ Design, architect, and develop enterprise-grade intelligent document processing pipelines leveraging OCR, Document AI, NLP, and LLM technologies.
▸ Build and deploy end-to-end RPA and AI automation workflows using platforms such as UiPath and Blue Prism to automate complex, document-heavy business processes.
▸ Integrate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and open-source models for document understanding, extraction, classification, and summarisation tasks.
▸ Deploy and manage on-premise GPU-based AI inference environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and security for enterprise-critical AI workloads.
▸ Develop LangChain-based orchestration frameworks, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and agentic AI workflows for complex document reasoning tasks.
▸ Integrate AI automation solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, cloud AI services, and operational systems to enable seamless end-to-end workflow automation.
▸ Conduct solution design workshops with business and technology stakeholders to identify document automation opportunities and define technical implementation approaches.
▸ Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, data privacy, scalability, and audit compliance.
▸ Build monitoring, alerting, and model evaluation frameworks to track AI solution performance, accuracy, and drift over time.
▸ Maintain comprehensive technical documentation - including solution architectures, API specifications, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
▸ Stay current with advancements in GenAI, LLMs, Document AI, and intelligent automation evaluating and piloting emerging technologies.
▸ Mentor junior engineers and AI developers; establish engineering standards and reusable frameworks for AI solution development.
Mandatory Requirements:
Should have experience delivering at least 3 stable enterprise-grade document-based AI solutions. Strong expertise in OCR, Document AI, LLMs and intelligent document processing is required.
Required Skills:
SQL, Python, OCR, Document AI, LLM, NLP, Computer Vision, On-Prem GPU Deployment, Cloud AI Services, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, LangChain, ETL, API, Elasticsearch.
Preferred Qualifications:
