Job Title: Senior Gen AI Developer
Location: Bangalore/Hybrid

Mandatory Skills
· Hands-on experience with Senior Gen AI Developer.
• Developing AI/ML applications on prediction, recommendation, text analytics, computer vision, bots, and content intelligence.
• Advanced statistical techniques and concepts
• Deep knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, and scikit-learn.
Achitecting high-impact GenAI solutions for diverse clients with At least 2 projects having agents /agentic rag and integration with biz systems - exposure to MCP integration with enterprise applications.
• Enterprise scale solution design eg multii threading on vector db, integration with LLM
• Exposure to emerging tech and biz trends in AI / Agentic RAG based capabilities etc
• Exposure to predictive modelling, ANN additional plus
• 8+ year(s) of experience participating in projects that focused on one or more of the following areas:
• Predictive Analytics
• Data Design
• Generative AI
• AI/ML
• ML Ops
• 3+ years of experience using Python.
Responsibilities
- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable
- code Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Support test and deployment of new products and
- features Participate in code reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
