We're Hiring | Senior Furniture Estimation Manager
At ANCA, precision is the foundation of every bespoke creation. We are looking for an experienced Senior Furniture Estimation Manager to prepare accurate cost estimates and support the successful execution of luxury furniture projects.
Position: Senior Furniture Estimation Manager
Experience: 10 to 15 Years
Key Responsibilities• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for bespoke furniture and interior projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, materials, hardware, finishes, and production requirements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and project teams for accurate costing.
• Evaluate material consumption, labour costs, and manufacturing processes to optimize budgets.
• Prepare quotations, cost comparisons, and value engineering recommendations.
• Maintain updated cost databases and ensure pricing accuracy.
What We're Looking For• 10 to 15 years of experience in furniture estimation, costing, or quantity surveying within the luxury furniture or interior industry.
• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing, materials, hardware, finishes, and production techniques.
• Expertise in reading technical drawings and preparing detailed BOQs and estimates.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong commercial understanding.
