Job details:
To lead and drive fundraising initiatives through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships, ensuring sustainable financial support for Sevalaya’s programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans focusing on CSR partnerships
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporate donors and CSR stakeholders
- Prepare and present proposals, concept notes, and funding pitches aligned with organizational initiatives
- Manage end-to-end CSR fundraising cycle including proposal submission, follow-ups, and closures
- Maintain strong relationships with existing donors to ensure repeat funding and long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather project data, impact reports, and fund utilization details
- Ensure timely submission of donor reports, utilization certificates, and compliance documents
- Track fundraising targets and provide regular updates to management
- Represent the organization at corporate meetings, networking events, and CSR forums
- Stay updated on CSR trends, regulations, and funding opportunities
Key Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in CSR fundraising or corporate partnerships
- Strong network with corporate CSR teams and donors
- Proven track record in raising funds for NGOs or social sector initiatives
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet fundraising targets

- Experience in handling large-scale fundraising projects
