Senior Functional Product Consultant (HR Technology)
6–8 years of relevant experience

The primary objective of this role is to take functional ownership of our HRMS product, which is currently in the final stages of development, and subsequently become the functional face of our product portfolio during customer engagements and pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take functional ownership of the HRMS product and drive its continuous evolution in collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams.
- Act as the Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HRMS, Payroll, and related HR processes.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, including HRMS & Payroll, Recruitment 360, LMS, Digital Signature, and future enterprise applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and discovery sessions for prospective customers.
- Support the Sales team during pre-sales engagements by understanding customer requirements and mapping them to product capabilities.
- Provide functional consultation and recommend best practices during customer discussions and solution implementations.
- Gather customer feedback, market insights, and enhancement ideas to help drive continuous product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with HR technology trends, compliance requirements, and industry best practices to keep our products competitive.
- Strong communication skills, and sound expertise in HR domain and enterprise HR technology solutions.
The role has two primary focus areas:
- Own the HRMS and other products from a functional and business perspective.
- Represent our product suite during pre-sales engagements, customer demonstrations, and solution discussions.
