Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The Senior Functional Consultant will analyze business requirements, consult on optimal solutions, and align business processes with Salesforce functionality. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, configuring the Salesforce platform, providing training and support, and ensuring the successful implementation of business solutions. The consultant will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while identifying areas for process optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding to evaluate client requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to efficiently collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of Finance or relevant business domains to align Salesforce solutions with customer needs.
• Proven experience in Salesforce implementation or similar CRM platforms is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Ability to operate effectively in an on-site collaborative workplace in Bengaluru.
