Role Description

The Senior Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing innovative solutions, and implementing strategies to address client needs. Key responsibilities include understanding and modeling workflows, providing expert guidance, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process optimization
• Strong Communication and Consulting skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and lead discussions
• Solid knowledge of Finance-related processes and solutions
• Proven ability to deliver projects within deadlines and effectively manage priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications such as PMP are a plus
• Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is an advantage
