Mode & Shift : Hybrid - - 5.30pm to 2.30am IST
Core responsibilities
- Implementation and configuration: full-cycle implementation of Time Management (Time Off and Time Sheet), Time Tracking (Clock in/out, Time Event Types, Time Type Derivations, etc) and ensure seamless integration with other systems like Payroll.
- System administration: Manage time data, including absences (sick leave, vacation, etc) and attendances (overtime, work hours, holiday related premium pay, etc), and troubleshoot issues.
- Business analysis: Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support and maintenance: Provide 2nd/3rd level support, analyse and resolve production issues, and handle system updates and enhancements.
- User training and guidance: Conduct workshops, advise on best practices, and guide users on how to effectively use the system.
- Data integrity: Ensure accuracy and compliance of all time-related data, which is crucial for payroll and other processes.
Key skills and qualifications:
SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: Strong knowledge of Employee Central Time Management, Time Off, and Time Sheet (Time Valuations, Input and Output Time Type Groups, Valuation Types, Valuation methods, etc, Time Collectors), Time Tracking (Cross midnight, etc) modules is essential.
- Technical Skills: Experience with system configuration, data migration, testing, and troubleshooting is necessary.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed for client and user interactions.
- Problem-solving: Ability to analyse and resolve complex problems related to time management functionalities.
- EC/Payroll/Compensation: Experience in multiple modules of SuccessFactors is preferable.
