Senior Odoo Functional Consultant – Odoo 18 | ERP Implementation | Angola
We’re Hiring!
Nectar Infotel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead the functional implementation of Odoo 18 Enterprise for a multi-branch QSR / fast-food business in Angola.
This is a client-facing, on-site international consulting opportunity for an experienced Odoo professional who can own the functional workstream from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare.
Position Details
· Position: Senior Odoo Functional Consultant
· Location: Angola – On-site
· Employment: Full-Time
Salary Offered: 11LPA to 12 LPA
· Experience: 5–8 years overall, including minimum 5 years of hands-on Odoo Functional Consulting
· Product: Odoo 18 Enterprise

What You’ll Do
· Lead the complete Odoo functional implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, training, go-live and hypercare.
· Conduct business workshops, analyse existing workflows and translate business requirements into scalable Odoo solutions.
· Configure standard Odoo Enterprise functionality and identify gaps requiring custom development.
· Prepare functional documentation including FRDs, FSDs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios and user manuals.
· Coordinate with the India-based technical team and validate delivered developments against approved requirements.
· Lead UAT, user training, business sign-off and go-live readiness.
· Support phased multi-branch rollout while maintaining standardized business processes.
· Manage change requests, functional issues, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement, additional Odoo modules and future business enhancements.

🔹 Mandatory Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on Odoo Functional Consulting experience.
· 5–8 years of overall professional experience.
· At least 2 complete Odoo ERP implementation cycles.
· Strong Odoo Enterprise experience; exposure to Odoo v14–v18, preferably Odoo 18.
· Strong functional knowledge of POS, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting; working knowledge of MRP.
· Experience with multi-company and multi-branch implementations.
· Strong business process mapping, requirement analysis and functional documentation skills.
· Hands-on experience in UAT, training and go-live.
· Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
· Good understanding of Odoo Studio; OCA knowledge is an advantage.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
· Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Angola for the project duration.

· Odoo 18 Enterprise implementation experience.
· Restaurant, QSR, Fast-Food, Retail or Hospitality project experience.
· Portuguese language proficiency.
· Experience in Angola or Portuguese-speaking African markets.
· Payroll localization experience.
· Odoo Functional Certification.
· Change management / enterprise transformation experience.
· POS hardware and IoT integration exposure.
· Pre-sales or solution consulting experience.
