We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join Team and contribute to the development of our modern test portal and AI-powered solutions. This role involves building scalable frontend and backend applications, integrating AI capabilities, and working with cloud-native technologies in an agile engineering environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, JavaScript/React, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code, along with hands-on experience working with AI models and AI agents.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and AI-enabled solutions
- Build and enhance our internal test portal and AI agent platform
- Design and implement modern software architectures and APIs
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React and JavaScript
- Build robust backend services and integrations using Java
- Integrate external APIs, cloud services, and AI capabilities
- Ensure application quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows and engineering standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and cloud-native applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
- Testing mindset with strong focus on quality assurance
