About the Role
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (SDE-2), you will be responsible for driving the development of scalable product features and core platform capabilities across frontend, backend, and AI-integrated systems. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
You will collaborate closely with development, design, and leadership teams to build reliable user experiences, improve system architecture, and solve engineering challenges that directly influence scalability and business outcomes. Beyond implementation, you will contribute to technical direction, development standards, and continuous improvement across the engineering function.

What You'll Do
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Own complete feature lifecycles, from technical planning and system design to deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvements.
- Design reliable backend systems, APIs, authentication workflows, and database architectures that support scalable product growth.
- Integrate and optimize AI-driven capabilities using LLM APIs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and open-source AI models.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to convert product requirements into practical, maintainable engineering solutions.
- Improve platform performance, application reliability, security, and development efficiency across services and infrastructure.
- Contribute to infrastructure and deployment workflows across cloud platforms such as AWS and Vercel.
- Participate actively in technical reviews, engineering discussions, debugging, and root-cause analysis for production systems.
- Help strengthen engineering quality through better coding practices, documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI engineering trends, applying them where they create measurable value.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade web applications in startup, product, or fast-paced engineering environments.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and practical experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and API-driven architectures.
- Experience working with databases, authentication systems, cloud services, and scalable backend infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system reliability, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to Generative AI ecosystems, including LLM integrations, AI workflows, vector databases, or retrieval-based systems.
- Ability to independently drive execution, manage ambiguity, and balance speed with engineering quality.
- Comfortable working in environments with evolving priorities, rapid iterations, and high ownership expectations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a strong inclination toward continuous learning, experimentation, and technical improvement.
