Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend systems
- Build responsive and high-performance UI using frameworks like React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue
- Develop RESTful APIs / GraphQL services using Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python, or similar backend technologies
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Implement authentication, authorization, security, and performance optimization best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and reusable code
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and scalability
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment systems, analytics tools, and AI/LLM services where required
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4 to 9 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, Java Spring Boot, Python Django/FastAPI, or similar technologies
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and API design
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to AI-assisted development or LLM integrations is an added advantage
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Server-side rendering (SSR) and performance optimization
- WebSockets / real-time applications
- Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
- Unit/integration testing frameworks
- Leadership or team handling experience
- Open-source contributions or strong GitHub portfolio
