What You'll Be Working On
As a Senior Full-Stack Web Solutions Engineer, you'll design, develop, optimize, and maintain websites that are visually engaging, technically robust, and conversion-focused. You'll work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to transform ideas into high-performing digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high-performance websites and web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, and other CMS/e-commerce solutions.
- Develop custom functionalities, API integrations, and scalable web features.
- Optimize website speed, security, SEO fundamentals, and overall user experience.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Maintain existing client websites while contributing to new website development projects.
- Collaborate remotely with designers and digital marketing specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional web development experience.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and modern web development practices.
- Proven experience developing e-commerce platforms and custom business websites.
- Experience with CMS platforms, Git version control, hosting environments, and deployment workflows.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, website performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and remote collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
