🚀 Hiring: Full Stack Generative AI Lead Engineer📍 Location: Remote
🧑💻 Experience: 8+ Years
🔹 Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Generative AI Lead Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product teams to transform innovative ideas into scalable, production-grade solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications using Python, Node.js, Java, Angular
- Architect and guide scalable system design and technical solutions
- Build and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems using frameworks (e.g., ADK) and protocols (MCP, A2A)
- Implement GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, LangChain, and RAG frameworks
- Work with vector databases such as Weaviate
- Integrate and optimize LLM platforms (OpenAI, Bedrock, etc.) and models (GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral)
- Deploy and manage solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Optimize cost using FinOps practices (token usage, infrastructure efficiency)
- Handle large-scale data processing across multiple modalities (text, image, audio)
- Evaluate model performance and improve efficiency through benchmarking
- Identify bottlenecks and enhance system performance
- Drive automation and introduce GenAI into existing application development workflows
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong full-stack expertise
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems
- Experience with vector databases and AI frameworks
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Proven experience in deploying production-grade AI/ML systems
- Expertise in data processing, scalability, and system optimization
- Experience with multi-modal AI systems (text, image, audio)
