Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Senior Full Stack Engineers, based in Bengaluru with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across front-end and back-end layers. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, integrating APIs and third-party services, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure application architecture. Senior engineers will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior team members. The position also requires troubleshooting production issues, contributing to technical documentation, and actively improving development processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 5 years.
- Strong experience in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with a focus on building and maintaining complex web applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks to deliver robust and scalable services.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Comfort with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in a hybrid setup, and readiness for immediate or near-immediate joining.
