The OpportunityWe are looking for a heavy-hitting Senior Full Stack Engineer (7+ years) to take complete architectural ownership of our core internal telesales and workflow automation tool.
If you have built internal tools or web applications for large-scale BPO or telesales operations, understand the intricacies of end-to-end sales pipelines, and love solving high-concurrency database challenges, this role is built for you.
The Architectural MissionWe aren't just looking for someone to build UIs; we need a backend-heavy engineer who thrives on solving complex system bottlenecks. You will be responsible for designing and optimising:
- Large-Scale Data Processing: Architecting performant queries and database structures to execute complex, multi-layered filtering criteria against active, high-volume lead pools in real time.
- High-Concurrency & Race Conditions: Designing robust queueing mechanisms and database locking strategies to gracefully handle simultaneous requests.
- Workflow Optimisation: Mapping software architecture directly to real-world BPO operations—from lead sourcing and ICP filtering to QA queue assignments and VOIP API integrations.
Tech Stack Skillsets Required- Frontend: React, TypeScript, and modern utility-first CSS frameworks.
- Backend & Database: Node.js / Serverless architectures and PostgreSQL.
- Environment & Deployment: Git-based version control and automated Cloud CI/CD pipelines.
What We’re Looking For- Minimum 7-10 Years of Full-Stack Experience: With a proven track record of building, scaling, and maintaining business-critical internal tools.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience building software for large BPOs or telesales environments is highly preferred. You should understand sales workflows, agent queues, and VoIP integrations.
- Database & Concurrency Mastery: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, query optimisation, transaction isolation levels, and row-level locking.
- Working Hours: You must be comfortable working strictly within UK business hours.
- Ownership Mindset: You will be the technical authority on this system. We value self-starters who can take a business problem and design the entire technical solution from scratch.
