Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 6–12 Years
Tech Stack: React + Node.js / Python
Qualification: B.Tech (IIT / NIT / IIIT / BITS Only)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, high-performance cloud-based applications. This role involves working on both frontend and backend systems, contributing to architecture decisions, and delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Design and develop scalable backend APIs and responsive frontend applications
- Build high-performance systems using React and Node.js/Python
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
System Design & Architecture
- Work on scalable system design and cloud-based architectures
- Collaborate with architects on technology decisions and product roadmap
- Implement event-driven systems and messaging frameworks
Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–12 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong expertise in React.js and Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Django)
- Experience building cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
- Strong understanding of scalable system design and distributed systems
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB, SQL/ORM
- Good understanding of frontend performance and responsive design
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
