Job Title: Full Stack Lead (Tech & Project Management)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the development of next-generation, AI-powered digital experiences for a luxury fashion tech platform. This role blends hands-on full stack engineering with project ownership, requiring you to lead product development while managing timelines and cross-functional collaboration.
Based in Visakhapatnam, you will work closely with global teams to build scalable platforms and immersive experiences such as 3D product visualization, AR/VR, and virtual try-ons.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable full stack applications.
- Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability across systems.
2. Project Management & Delivery
- Own project planning, sprint execution, and timely delivery of features.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define product roadmap and priorities.
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Frontend Development (React / Next.js)
- Build responsive and high-performance UIs using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain frontend repositories, ensuring clean architecture, version control, and scalability.
- Ensure seamless mobile-responsive and cross-device user experiences, optimizing for performance and usability.
- Develop immersive 3D experiences using WebGL / Three.js.
- Create reusable components and scalable design systems.
- Optimize UI for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
4. Backend Development & APIs
- Design and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Build backend services using Python (Django/Flask).
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
- Implement secure authentication systems (OAuth, JWT).
5. Cloud, DevOps & Deployment
- Deploy applications on AWS or GCP environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
- Monitor and ensure system uptime and reliability.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide developers, ensuring code quality through reviews.
- Collaborate with designers, AI/ML engineers, and product teams.
- Maintain clear documentation and technical standards.
Requirements
Experience
- 8+ years of full stack development experience
- Minimum 3+ years in a lead or senior role
- Experience working with product startups or fast-paced environments preferred

Frontend:
