About the Role
MindVora Solution is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and operate high-volume, event-driven applications. The role involves developing driver communication platforms, onboarding and applicant-tracking workflows, and real-time notification services.

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Workplace Type: On-site, five days per week
Shift: Night shift starting at 8:30 PM IST
Experience: 5–7+ years

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, test and deploy full-stack applications, GraphQL APIs and event-driven services
• Develop scalable AWS serverless applications using Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, EventBridge and SQS
• Build rules engines, cohorting and scheduling systems for SMS, push and email communications
• Develop onboarding, registration, set-password, consent, eligibility and applicant-tracking workflows
• Build real-time workflows that use live offer and market signals to send targeted notifications
• Implement idempotent processing for at-least-once event delivery and prevent duplicate or incorrect messages
• Integrate third-party platforms, APIs and webhooks while maintaining reliable data synchronization
• Prepare technical design documents and break projects into clear delivery milestones
• Roll out features using feature flags and own them through production stabilization
• Improve service reliability, observability, monitoring and actionable alerting
• Contribute to architectural decisions for complex distributed systems
• Mentor engineers and maintain high code-review and engineering standards
• Use AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Copilot
Required Experience
• 5–7+ years of experience building, testing and deploying high-traffic production applications
• Strong full-stack development experience with TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL and React
• Hands-on AWS serverless experience with Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, EventBridge and SQS
• Experience designing event-driven systems and implementing idempotency for at-least-once delivery
• Practical experience with DynamoDB single-table design
• Experience integrating third-party platforms, APIs and webhooks
• Experience owning at least one project through design, development, production rollout and post-launch stabilization
• Strong understanding of production monitoring, troubleshooting and service failure modes
• Ability to evaluate architecture based on engineering effort, cost and vendor dependency
• Strong communication, ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to work from the Hitech City office five days per week
• Willingness to work the night shift starting at 8:30 PM IST
Technology Stack
AWS, Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS, TypeScript, Node.js, React, React Native, GraphQL, Firebase Authentication, Statsig, Redshift and Databricks.
Preferred Experience
• Applicant-tracking systems, recruiting funnels or funnel-based onboarding platforms
• Multi-channel communication systems covering SMS, push notifications and email
• Experimentation and analytics platforms such as Statsig, Fivetran, Redshift or Databricks
• Consent modelling and compliance requirements across distributed services
• React Native experience
• Experience using AI-native software-development tools
