About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives on solving complex engineering problems and building systems that operate reliably at scale.
This role is for engineers who think beyond features and care deeply about system architecture, performance, reliability, and developer productivity. You will design and build scalable backend services, high-performance frontend applications, and distributed systems that power mission-critical products.
The ideal candidate has strong experience across Node.js, React, Electron, Linux systems, distributed architectures, and high-throughput data processing pipelines, along with a deep understanding of concurrency, asynchronous processing, and system performance optimization.
You will work closely with product, infrastructure, and platform teams to deliver systems that scale to millions of users and billions of transactions.
What You Will Do
Architect Scalable Systems
Design and implement distributed microservices architectures that are resilient, observable, and scalable.
Build backend services capable of handling high concurrency workloads and large-scale data processing.
Develop systems that can scale horizontally while maintaining reliability and low latency.
Build High Performance Applications
Develop high-performance applications using:
- Node.js / TypeScript
- React
- Electron
Design frontends using micro-frontend architecture to enable independent deployment and team autonomy.
Optimize rendering performance, data flow, and user experience for large-scale applications.
Solve Complex Engineering Problems
Design solutions for:
- High throughput systems
- Event-driven architectures
- Parallel processing workloads
- Real-time data pipelines
Build services that process large volumes of data with strict performance requirements.
Own Systems End-to-End
Take ownership of systems from design → development → deployment → production monitoring.
Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical direction across teams.
Build tools and infrastructure that improve developer productivity and system reliability.
Core Technical Responsibilities
Backend Engineering
- Design scalable Node.js services
- Implement event-driven microservices
- Build fault-tolerant distributed systems
- Implement message-driven architectures
Technologies may include:
- Kafka / RabbitMQ / NATS
- REST / GraphQL APIs
- WebSockets and real-time systems
Frontend Engineering
- Develop modern UI systems using React
- Implement micro-frontend architectures
- Design reusable component libraries
- Build complex data visualization interfaces
Desktop Applications
- Build cross-platform desktop applications using Electron
- Optimize performance for CPU and memory efficiency
- Implement native OS integrations
Data Systems
Design and optimize databases:
Build systems for:
- High throughput data ingestion
- Efficient query performance
- Data consistency across services
Implement caching strategies using Redis or in-memory systems.
Concurrency & Processing
Design systems that leverage:
- Worker pools
- Background job queues
- Parallel processing
- Asynchronous pipelines
Implement high-performance processing patterns for CPU-intensive tasks.
Linux & Infrastructure
Operate services in Linux-based production environments.
Build containerized systems using:
- Docker
- Kubernetes (preferred)
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment systems.
Ensure strong observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years experience building production software
- Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
- Deep expertise in Node.js backend development
- Advanced experience with React
- Experience building Electron desktop applications
- Strong understanding of distributed system design
- Experience with microservices architectures
- Experience with MongoDB and MySQL
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems
