Job Title: Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Pune (On-site)

Key Skills:

Strong expertise in C# .NET (WebAPI)
Experience with React / React Native and Kotlin
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design & query optimization)
Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns & clean architecture
Experience with Unit Testing & Integration Testing
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

Develop scalable backend and frontend applications
Lead technical architecture and development
Optimize database performance and application scalability
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Mentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred:

Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and microservices architecture.
