Build AI for the World's Frontline Workforce

What You'll Do
- Build scalable full-stack applications and APIs.
- Develop AI-powered product features alongside ML and Computer Vision models.
- Design intuitive frontend experiences and robust backend systems.
- Work on cloud infrastructure, integrations, deployment, and system performance.
- Take ownership of features from idea to production.
- Mentor junior engineers and help shape our engineering culture.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 2+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience with React, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML products.
- Exposure to Computer Vision applications or frameworks.
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, system design, and software architecture.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, and infrastructure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with strong ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience with OpenCV, YOLO, SAM, LLMs, AI Agents, or RAG.
- Docker, Kubernetes, AWS experience.
- Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
- Exposure to AR/VR, XR, WebRTC, or smart glasses.
