This role sits on our delivery team, working directly with international enterprise clients on live production systems — with periodic on-site travel to align with partners and clients on major initiatives.
Role summaryWe're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take real ownership of critical backend components, modern frontend interfaces, and applied AI systems for our clients' enterprise platforms. This isn't a legacy-maintenance or ticket-processing role — you'll actively shape architectural decisions, design production-grade UI components, and push end-to-end features across the finish line, working across modern stacks (React/TypeScript, Python/Node.js, graph databases, event streaming, and LLM-powered features). Given the pace of our global projects, flexibility is essential — across technical stacks, shifting priorities, working schedule, and international travel.
This is a 100% remote-friendly role with global reach: work from home or anywhere with a stable high-speed connection, with the expectation of periodic international business travel (e.g., Germany, USA, and other client destinations) to align with partners and clients on major enterprise initiatives.
Key responsibilities• End-to-end development: design, build, and maintain robust full-stack enterprise applications — bridging responsive frontends with scalable, multi-tenant backend architectures.
• Work with cutting-edge tech: architect and build solutions using modern enterprise stacks (React/TypeScript, Python/Node.js, graph databases, event streaming, advanced AI models, LLM orchestration).
• Hands-on execution & ownership: write clean, maintainable, well-tested code end-to-end — from UI component implementation down to API and database performance tuning.
• Adaptable problem solving: operate with genuine flexibility when priorities pivot, technical constraints change, or client needs evolve in dynamic enterprise environments.
• Event-driven pipelines & APIs: architect REST/GraphQL APIs, high-throughput data streaming systems, and workflow automations.
What we're looking forRequired
• Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack or backend software development experience in production enterprise environments — strict requirement.
• Proven full-stack proficiency across backend (Python and/or Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript).
• Solid, real production experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and event brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka).
• A high personal and technical flexibility — comfortable pivoting between frontend, backend, infrastructure, and changing project scope smoothly.
• A proactive, hands-on, “get-things-done” attitude with strong personal accountability for software shipped end-to-end.
• Full ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with a fast, stable internet connection, paired with genuine flexibility for international travel (e.g., Germany, USA) when key project milestones demand it.
• Excellent written and spoken English — this role works directly with international teams and clients, not through an intermediary layer.
Nice to have
• Exposure to modern AI concepts — graph databases, RAG architectures, LLM pipelines — or workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n).
• Experience across multiple enterprise technology stacks, or prior experience as an embedded/staff-augmentation engineer for an overseas client.
• Prior experience in telecoms, retail, financial services, or spacetech product environments.
