Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and driven
Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale core features across our platform. In this role, you will write clean, production-ready code, bridge backend logic with responsive front-end interfaces, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-impact features.
Key Responsibilities & Scope
- End-to-End Feature Development: Design and implement robust user-facing features and server-side components across the product lifecycle.
- API Design & Integration: Build and maintain scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs and integrate third-party services securely.
- Code Quality & Maintenance: Write optimized, reusable code, conduct peer code reviews, and maintain rigorous testing standards (unit/integration tests).
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and ensure low-latency application responses.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience: 4–8 years of professional software development experience in fast-paced product or consumer tech environments.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong command over modern frontend frameworks (React.js/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Database & Cloud Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging skills and a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
