Hiring Senior Full Stack Developer (Work From Home)

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Strong in React, Next.js, Node.js
- Must be fast, confident, and able to work independently
- Must know mobile responsive web apps (modern UI)
- Will work on AWS EC2 deployment + related tasks
Salary (IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY):
- Fixed salary: ₹60,000/month (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
- In-hand: ₹54,000/month
- ₹6,000 will be held every month by company
- Total held amount = ₹108,000 (paid at end of contract together)
- Again: ₹60k fixed – NO negotiation
- Again: ₹54k in hand monthly
- Again: ₹6k held monthly and paid later
- Salary paid on 10th of next month (no delay)
Job Details:
- Contract: 1.5 years
- Work hours: 8.5 hours daily (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Must be available for emergency client calls (24/7 if required)
- Work days: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off)
- Work will be tracked (monitoring software installed)
