Job details:
Lead Full-Stack Architect (Founding Core) — HALBEX
About HALBEX
HALBEX is a category-defining global B2B merchant-trader trade infrastructure platform engineered to architect and secure cross-border commerce from India to over 100 international markets. The core system infrastructure is already 80% engineered, representing an elite, highly complex enterprise codebase with no direct parallel in the regional market.
We are entering our definitive go-live execution window:
* December 2026: Global Seller Onboarding & Core Inventory Synchronization
* January 2027: Logistics Infrastructure & Fulfillment Network Integration
* March 2027: Buyer Onboarding & Live Cross-Border Trade Operations
* March 2028: Conclusion of Initial Stabilization & Market Entry Phase (Danger Zone)
The Mandate & Commitment
We are seeking an elite, uncompromising Lead Full-Stack Architect to assume absolute technical ownership of the remaining 20% system build, orchestrate complex integrations, and scale the platform architecture through launch and market maturation.
* Strict Full-Time Requirement: This is an intensive, on-site founding engineering role requiring 100% full-time dedication based out of our core operations hub in Chennai (Guindy / surrounding area). It is structurally incompatible with part-time consulting, freelance engagements, or dual-job commitments.
The Risk-Reward & Compensation Architecture
We believe in radical transparency regarding our financial trajectory. Building category-creating global infrastructure demands an initial risk-adjusted horizon, followed by substantial structural upside.
1. The Pre-Launch / Danger Zone (Now until March 2028)
* The Economic Reality: Because we are pre-launch and scaling through intensive operational onboarding phases, we do not compete with bloated corporate market salaries during this window.
* The Baseline: Compensation during this foundational phase consists of a modest initial baseline stipend designed to sustain core alignment while the system achieves market traction.
2. Growth Phase (Initiating April 2028)
* Upon successfully navigating the foundational market entry and stabilization window past March 2028, your compensation scales up substantially to a secure, market-leading baseline reflecting the enterprise's commercial expansion.
3. Long-Term Milestone Progression (2031)
* For leadership engineers maintaining long-term continuity through the multi-year scaling roadmap, baseline remuneration scales up structurally.
4. Post-Retirement Security (Lifelong Pension Scheme)
* For core engineering leadership who commit to a sustained tenure (10–20 years) and help preserve HALBEX as an enduring, profitable enterprise, we introduce a dedicated monthly lifelong pension scheme to secure your post-retirement years (contingent upon continuous enterprise profitability).
Technical Specification & Architecture
You must possess deep, production-grade mastery over our core technology stack:
* Frontend: Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript 5.9, Tailwind CSS v4
* Backend & Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL), complex Row-Level Security (RLS), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and SECURITY DEFINER RPCs
* Execution Standard: Absolute autonomy. You will leverage modern AI-driven developer workflows and high-velocity engineering patterns to independently design, debug, and ship production code without hand-holding.
Application Protocol
If you possess the elite architectural depth to complete and scale a complex global trade engine on a full-time basis, and you are prepared to align with a high-stakes, long-term wealth and pension roadmap, submit your technical portfolio and resume directly via direct message.
