At Virtuos, we're looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Developer / Development Lead to join our growing engineering team and build scalable enterprise applications for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop robust backend services using Java or Node.js.
- Design and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to build efficient data solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
Required Skills
We're looking for candidates with strong experience in:
- React.js (Angular or Vue.js experience is a plus)
- Java and/or Node.js
- REST APIs (GraphQL is an advantage)
- SQL databases (NoSQL knowledge preferred)
- AWS Cloud
- CI/CD tools and practices
- Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 4–7 years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise-grade web applications.
- Knowledge of Microservices, Serverless Architecture, or DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
