We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with 8 to 12 years of hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and .NET technologies to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, while adhering to modern software development practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, mentoring abilities, and a passion for clean, efficient code.

Requirements
- Expert proficiency in React.js with solid experience in TypeScript and Next.js (1–2 years).
- Extensive experience in .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#) and Web API development.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience implementing and working with Microservices Architecture.
- In-depth understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux (or NgRx for Angular equivalents).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, xUnit, or NUnit.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical leadership abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach to team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
- Architect and implement secure, maintainable, and scalable front-end and back-end solutions.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, responsive, and user-centric interfaces.
- Develop, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through optimization techniques and code refactoring.
- Drive code reviews, uphold coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Work alongside DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices to improve product quality continuously and development processes.
