Role at a Glance- Location: Remote (India)
- Joining: Immediate
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)
🛠Key Responsibilities- Backend Excellence: Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs primarily using Golang.
- Full Stack Development: Develop and support frontend applications for our web platforms.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems from the ground up.
- AI & Integrations: Integrate third-party services, internal tools, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- AI-Driven Workflow: Use AI tools to accelerate development, improve workflows, and enhance product functionality.
- Infrastructure: Work across the stack with databases, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Collaboration: Work alongside product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready features.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and uphold high code quality.
✅ Required Skills & Experience- Golang: Strong hands-on experience in Golang development is essential.
- Frontend: Experience in full stack development with exposure to React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.
- APIs: Proven track record in building and consuming REST APIs.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
- Cloud: Experience with major platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- AI Fluency: Practical experience using AI tools, coding assistants (Copilots), LLM APIs, prompt-based workflows, or AI-enabled product features.
- Security & Design: Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and secure development practices.
🌟 Great to Have (Bonus)- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, AI copilots, or automation workflows directly into products.
- Familiarity with Python for scripting, automation, or AI integration.
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Previous experience in a startup or product-focused environment.
