Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with 7–12 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver cloud-native applications and enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, cloud platforms, databases, DevOps, and modern development practices, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications and integration solutions.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop and maintain Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, APIs, and backend services.
- Collaborate with business, QA, DevOps, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, release management, and Git-based version control.
- Ensure application quality through testing, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
Required Skills
- 7–12 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and cloud integration.
- Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code quality.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with React.js.
- Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Splunk, or ELK.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
- Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Module Lead.
