We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help evolve an existing Microsoft Teams web application from a successful MVP into a production-ready product.About the Role
This is not a greenfield project. The application is already functional, and we're looking for someone who can quickly understand the existing architecture, improve the codebase, optimize performance, and implement new features while maintaining high engineering standards.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and understand the existing application architecture
- Improve the frontend experience and overall usability
- Refactor and optimize backend services
- Develop new features based on product requirements
- Debug issues and improve application stability
- Enhance authentication and application security
- Optimize REST APIs and database performance
- Prepare the application for production deployment
- Recommend architectural improvements and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams through regular updates
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Full-Stack development experience
- Strong expertise in React or Next.js
- Node.js and TypeScript
- REST API development
- PostgreSQL or Supabase
- Microsoft Teams application development
- Microsoft Graph API
- Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID Authentication
- Git and GitHub
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building SaaS platforms
- AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
- Azure cloud deployment
- Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience scaling MVP products into production-ready applications
- Performance optimization and application security best practices
