Position – Senior Full Stack Developer – Flutter (Frontend + Backend) ( Flutter , Android , IOS , Dart , Swift )

Location -Mumbai Bhandup.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Mobile Application Developer with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart to design and build high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, user-friendly, and feature-rich applications while leading a team and driving best development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced mobile applications using Flutter framework.
• Build cross-platform applications for iOS and Android with high performance and responsiveness.
• Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Develop highly interactive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and external data sources (Google APIs, payment gateways, etc.).
• Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve app scalability.
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement industry best practices.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise.

• Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development.
• Knowledge of native mobile development concepts and exposure to Swift (iOS).
• Experience integrating REST APIs and Google APIs.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, etc.).
• Experience with state management tools in Flutter.
• Knowledge of app deployment process for Play Store and App Store.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of mobile security best practices.

Required Candidate Profile

• 5–7+ years of overall mobile application development experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• At least one or more published mobile applications in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Prior experience in leading a development team or handling technical ownership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Exposure to cloud services (Firebase, AWS, etc.) is an added advantage
