✅ Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Java Engineer to join our development team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend frameworks, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
You will be involved in designing, developing, and deploying modern distributed applications used by enterprise customers.
✅ Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
- Build and maintain microservices-based architecture
- Develop frontend components using React / Angular
- Participate in story creation, estimation, and sprint planning
- Deliver new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Create technical design documents and architecture diagrams
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams
- Maintain high-quality code in a fast-paced development environment
- Follow Agile / Scrum practices and participate in regular demos
- Stay updated with latest technologies and development practices
- Guide junior developers and support successful project delivery
✅ Required Skills
- 6+ years' experience in Core Java development
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs
- Experience in Microservices & Distributed Systems
- Experience with Java 11+ (Streams, Lambdas, Functional Programming)
- Experience with JPA, Hibernate, MS SQL, PostgreSQL
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab / GitHub Actions / AWS DevOps)
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) — AWS preferred
- Experience with React or Angular frontend development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Responsive UI
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environment
- Experience with Git version control
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
✅ Good to Have
- Experience with Node.js / Express.js
- Experience with Kafka / MQ / Event-driven architecture
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / EKS / AKS / GKE
- Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD)
- Experience with Backend for Frontend (BFF) architecture
- Experience integrating applications with cloud services
- Experience in Hospitality / Travel / Service domain
✅ Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
(or equivalent practical experience)
