About BuzzableBuzzable is an event and community platform that helps organizers create, grow, engage, and monetize their audiences. We build tools for event pages, community spaces, messaging, analytics, and monetization used across web and mobile.
The RoleWe are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer with solid experience who can operate independently and contribute at a senior level when needed. You will design and implement user-facing features, improve frontend architecture, and maintain a high bar for quality.
You are expected to write tests, understand trade-offs, and own what you ship.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain production-grade frontend features
- Develop applications using React and Next.js
- Implement clean, responsive UIs using Tailwind CSS
- Write unit, integration, and E2E tests as part of development
- Apply TDD where appropriate
- Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design
- Review code and contribute to architectural decisions
- Improve performance, maintainability, and developer experience
- Take ownership of features from concept to release
Requirements- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong experience with React
- Hands-on experience with Next.js in production
- Strong working knowledge of Tailwind CSS
- Solid JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
- Experience with frontend testing tools such as:
- Jest
- React Testing Library
- Cypress or Playwright
- Practical understanding and usage of TDD
- Experience working with Git-based workflows
- Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
Nice to Have- Storybook experience
- Experience in product or startup environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience maintaining or evolving design systems
