Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Frontend Developer to design, develop, and maintain next-generation web platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can collaborate across teams while also taking ownership of key initiatives and innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications across multiple platforms.
- Translate Figma and design mockups into pixel-perfect, high-quality UI
- Revise, edit, proofread, and optimize web content for performance and usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to improve overall user experience
- Identify and fix UI/UX issues and ensure consistent design standards across platforms
- Build reusable, scalable frontend components
- Take ownership of design and development tasks across the full web development lifecycle
Current Focus
- Developing a new AI-driven platform for our Learning Management System
- Building modern, scalable frontend architecture
- Enhancing UI/UX for AI-powered features and workflows
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Bootstrap
- React.js
- Next.js
- Experience converting designs (Figma) into functional web interfaces
- Familiarity with at least one backend technology:
- Java / PHP / Node.js / Python / Ruby
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in frontend development
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working on AI-driven or data-driven platforms
- Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility best practices
