Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Senior Front Office Executive/Front Office Supervisor. The role involves overseeing front desk operations, managing guest check-in/check-out processes, responding to inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising the front office team, maintaining a welcoming lobby environment, addressing guest concerns promptly, and implementing effective procedures to enhance operational efficiency. The Senior Executive/Supervisor will also manage schedules, train front office staff, and uphold the established service standards of Gaurav Garden.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing phone calls, handling bookings, and assisting with administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with guests and resolving their inquiries or concerns
- Customer service expertise with a focus on delivering tailored and exceptional experiences to guests
- Comprehensive knowledge of front office operations and attention to detail in executing tasks
- Leadership qualities to manage and train front office staff
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
