Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Freight Forwarding professional to lead and scale international logistics operations. This role will own end-to-end shipment management, carrier partnerships, compliance, and P&L for global business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SEA / AIR / LAND EXIM operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and airlines
- Oversee international logistics operations & compliance
- Drive P&L, cost optimization, and product development
- Lead customer relationships and key accounts
- Ensure efficient documentation, systems, and regulatory adherence
- Develop strong industry networks and partnerships
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Extensive experience in shipping & freight forwarding industry
- Strong network across carriers and logistics ecosystem
- Proven experience managing P&L and operations
- Excellent stakeholder management & leadership skills
- International exposure with valid passport
