Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Freight Broker located in Noida. The Senior Freight Broker will handle freight brokerage operations, including negotiating rates, managing relationships with carriers and shippers, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves overseeing dispatching processes, fostering long-term partnerships, and managing accounts to ensure optimal service delivery. The candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient and scalable logistics solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Skills in Customer Service and maintaining professional relationships
- Experience in Dispatching processes and coordination
- Ability to manage accounts effectively and deliver client satisfaction
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or in a related role
- Familiarity with freight management software is a plus
