Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Freight Broker role based in our Noida office. The Senior Freight Broker will be responsible for overseeing freight brokerage operations, coordinating with dispatch teams, negotiating rates, managing customer accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also entails building strong relationships with carriers and clients and identifying opportunities to streamline logistics operations for greater profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations
- Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
- Proficiency in Dispatching and coordinating efficient logistics operations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and manage strong relationships with carriers and clients
- Knowledge of compliance and customs regulations in the logistics industry
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred
