🚨 Hiring: Fraud Strategy Lead
We are looking for a Fraud Strategy Lead to drive end-to-end fraud risk strategies across acquisition & transaction journeys.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design & optimize fraud rules (acquisition + transaction)
• Manage fraud lifecycle – detection to chargebacks
• Improve KPIs: fraud rate, FPR, TPR, decline rate
• Work on A/B testing, model interaction & strategy tuning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance risk & customer experience
• Manage vendor tools (LexisNexis, Socure, device intelligence, etc.)
🔹 Requirements:
• 6+ years in fraud strategy / fraud analytics / credit risk
• Strong experience in rule engines & fraud control frameworks
• Good understanding of fraud KPIs & economics (NPV, ROI)
• Exposure to BFSI/Fintech domain is a must
💡 Good to have:
• Experience with vendor tools & model governance
• Strong stakeholder management skills
