Job Title : SR. RFM (REGIONAL FRANCHISEE MANAGER) About Company : Shivam Stock Broking Company is an Exclusive Regional Business Partner of Mirae Asset Sharekhan. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Acquisition of New Business Partner for Sharekhan Limited
- Handholding & Training of new Business Partner PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Identifying prospects from market data and other leads.
- Converting prospects in MASK Franchisee (out station visit also required) only within Bihar exclusive
- To ensure Presence of Sharekhan in all major districts of Bihar
- Compliance, Voice logger, Signage, Mandatory poster, etc installation at BP outlet ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Inauguration of BP with his clients at their place
- Monthly Report & Daily MIS
- Team Handling Requirements PERSONAL SKILLS :
- Good Communication and leadership skills.
- Equity / MF Knowledge SALARY & PACKAGE
- Salary 10 lack P.A.
