Shift: Night Shift / Rotational Shift (70% alignment with US EST business hours)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A; Analyst to lead end-to-end Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities for a global business. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, management reporting, business partnering, and delivering commercial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must be CA qualified and have prior FP&A;/Commercial Finance experience within the Food, FMCG, Consumer Products, Protein, Beverage, or Food Manufacturing industry. Profiles without relevant domain experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end FP&A; processes including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop advanced financial models, scenario planning and what-if analysis.
• Perform variance, trend, profitability and cost analysis.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports with actionable business insights.
• Manage overhead analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Track and forecast CAPEX while supporting capital investment decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support commercial and operational decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Required Skills
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 10+ years of FP&A; / Commercial Finance experience
• Expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Modelling, Business Partnering and Management Reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment
Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Mandatory), SAP, Hyperion Essbase, OneStream and Power BI.
Mandatory Domain Experience
Candidates must have hands-on FP&A; or Commercial Finance experience in one or more of the following industries:

• Consumer Products

• Beverage Industry
