ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior / Founding Engineer to architect and build the core backend + AI systems from day one.

- You’ll build from zero → production, not maintain legacy code
- You’ll define architecture, patterns, and technical direction
- You’ll work on real AI problems tied to measurable business outcomes
- You’ll be a true founding team member, not “employee #27”
WHO FITS WELL?
- 5+ years experience building products (startups preferred)
- Have built something from scratch (0 → 1 matters)
- Strong in Python / .NET
- Comfortable with ownership, and speed
- Willing to move to Chennai (non-negotiable)
(Bonus: exposure to AI agents)
