About the Opportunity
Radiant Sun Industries is building a next-generation specialty materials manufacturing company focused on Thermal Interface Materials (TIM), thermal conductive compounds, specialty silicones, advanced polymer systems, and electronic materials for the EV, battery, electronics, semiconductor, telecom, industrial automation, and power electronics industries.
Our long-term objective is to establish one of India's leading manufacturers of high-performance thermal management materials by developing indigenous formulations, scalable manufacturing processes, and localized supply chains.
We are seeking an experienced formulation scientist or materials expert who has hands-on experience developing, formulating, scaling up, or manufacturing thermal interface materials or related specialty materials.
This is a founding technical role where you will work directly with the founders to build products, manufacturing processes, supplier networks, and long-term technology capabilities.

- Thermal Adhesives
- Potting Compounds
- Encapsulation Materials
- RTV Silicone Systems
- Thermally Conductive Silicone Compounds
- Specialty Electronic Materials
- Design and optimize formulations using:
- Silicone polymers
- Epoxy systems
- Polyurethane systems
- Ceramic fillers
- Boron Nitride
- Aluminum Oxide
- Aluminum Nitride
- Zinc Oxide
- Magnesium Oxide
- Functional additives
- Evaluate manufacturing processes including:
- High-viscosity mixing
- Vacuum mixing
- Dispersion
- Defoaming
- Degassing
- Filling
- Packaging
- Scale-up
- Process optimization
- Identify suitable raw material suppliers and manufacturing equipment.
- Build pilot manufacturing capability and support commercial production.
- Develop testing methodologies and quality standards.
- Evaluate import substitution opportunities.
- Support customer qualification with OEMs and EMS companies.
- Work directly with founders on product strategy, manufacturing strategy, and commercialization.
